Hygrade Casting partners exclusively with trade professionals who prioritise quality, consistency, reliability, operational protocols, customer service, and confidentiality. We serve established jewellers, manufacturing workshops, retail jewellery businesses, and dental clinics under strict confidentiality.

Our client portal provides proprietary technical specifications, workflows, CAD/CAM guidance, 3D wax printing protocols, casting and post-processing standards, standard trade-level pricing, and live job quoting/submission.

A limited number of highly experienced private clients and online stores may be granted access. These applicants must detail their industry experience and relevant projects in the comments section.

Genuine operators wishing to trial or regularly use our services must complete the application below which is a mandatory part of our vetting and onboarding process.

Security Notice

For safety and security reasons, we do not keep, hold, or store bullion bars (gold, platinum, silver, palladium etc), minted coins, semi-finished or finished jewellery, gemstones/diamonds, or cash at our publicly listed address. This site is strictly for client wax drop-offs and administration only.

All visits to our public address are strictly by appointment. Photo ID and trade references are required for verification before any appointment can be confirmed. No visitors are permitted without prior approval under any circumstances (arriving unannounced will result in denied entry).

We operate strict security measures, including monitored alarms and CCTV. For confidentiality and safety, we do not disclose the locations of our casting operations.
