Hygrade Pty Ltd (trading as Hygrade Casting) ABN 56 646 330 618 (“Hygrade Casting”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By submitting a Trade Application Form, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1.1 Access to Hygrade Casting’s trade pricing, volume rates, technical documentation, and STL quoting systems is strictly limited to the following entities:
1.2 Limited services may be extended to highly experienced private clients solely at Hygrade Casting’s discretion.
1.3 Submission of a Trade Application Form does not guarantee approval. All applications are subject to verification, assessment, approval, and ongoing compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
2.1 You warrant that all information submitted in the Trade Application Form is complete, accurate, current, and not misleading.
2.2 Hygrade Casting reserves the right to verify any information provided, including via phone, documentation requests, or independent checks.
2.3 Providing false, misleading, incomplete, or outdated information may result in immediate rejection, suspension, or termination of trade access without notice.
3.1 All trade pricing, volume rates, technical data, production methods, STL workflows, documentation, and commercial information provided by Hygrade Casting are confidential and proprietary.
3.2 As a condition of accessing sensitive trade information, you may be required to execute a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
3.3 You must not disclose, share, reproduce, or make available any confidential information to competitors, third parties, or unauthorised individuals.
3.4 Any breach of confidentiality may result in:
a) Immediate termination of trade access
b) Suspension or cancellation of existing orders
c) Legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief
4.1 Successful registration may require:
a) Phone or direct vetting to verify submitted information
b) Execution of an NDA (where required)
c) Formal approval by Hygrade Casting
4.2 Trade portal access, pricing, and technical documentation will only be provided once verification and approval are complete.
4.3 Hygrade Casting reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or revoke trade access at any time if:

6.4 Volume-based discounts are calculated based on confirmed weekly production and are applied at the time of invoicing where contractually agreed.
